We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. Shipping rates are weight-based and calculated at checkout.

We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of receiving them. During periods of high order volume, discounted items may take up to 5 business days to dispatch.

Dispatch time is the time before your order leaves us, not the time it takes to arrive.

For delivery questions, email admin@gos.net.au.

Please contact admin@gos.net.au before returning an item. Eligible change-of-mind returns must be requested within 5 days of delivery; items must be unused and in original packaging.

Exclusions apply, including perishable goods and opened consumables. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are unaffected.
