Our freshly pressed 2025 harvest extra virgin olive oil is straight off the press and brimming with life. Produced from dry-range, non-irrigated trees on certified biodynamic and regenerative land in Victoria, Australia, this oil is as close to the grove as you can get in a bottle.

Because it is completely unfiltered, the oil carries a natural cloudiness from fine olive particles suspended throughout — rich in antioxidants and responsible for the bright, lively flavour that makes freshly pressed oil so prized by those who know it. Over time, a little natural sediment may settle at the bottom of the bottle — though in our experience, it rarely lasts that long.

Dry-range farming yields significantly less oil than irrigated growing, but what it sacrifices in quantity it more than returns in depth of flavour. The results speak for themselves: 4 consecutive gold medals, and named the best extra virgin olive oil in Victoria (2021).
